
WHO WE ARE - A HISTORY OF RACING STRONG
We’ve been coaching and training endurance athletes since 2014.
As a passionate triathlete and personal trainer I started organising events and coaching local athletes for events launching a club known as RaceStrong. Over the years our focus broadened to a more holistic approach to health and performance and with our athletes tackling a wide variety of fitness challenges both within the UK and abroad.
We’re focussed on creating a solid foundation of fitness from which our members can endure a wide variety of physical and mental challenges and create better stronger versions of themselves.

WHY WE DO IT
Despite this many athletes struggle to receive the right support in their training, are putting too much time and emphasis on the wrong things and struggle to see progress despite their efforts.
Fullsteam RS attempts to close this gap by educating and providing the knowledge needed to help athletes improve their strength and endurance as well as their mental and physical health.
