Mix One Scoop or single serving sachet with either 500ml or 750ml of water in a sports bottle and shake well.
One serving provides 38g of fast digesting carbohydrate. Aim to consume one serving every 30 minutes sipping regularly for sessions lasting longer than 60-90 minutes or pre workout prior to a high intensity workout.
Aim to consume a maximum of 60-90 grams of carbohydrate per hour during long workouts, product usage should be reduced where used in combination with other sources of carbohydrates. Build up gut tolerance and consumption of nutrition during exercise slowly by gradually introducing more to your workouts.
